parents love their children no matter what. fight for their childs right no matter what. this discussion is a good one to start in a site like this Unperfect parents. we too are not perfect but our child/children loves us too also.

I have been more than unperfect....believe it. I still try awfully hard. I hope that will be a comfort to my children when they grow up. It's funny how much like my own mother that I have become!
